ABSTRACT
Examples from living systems at various levels of the biological hierarchy and also natural food products show that ultra-weak photon emission (UPE) has potential applications in rating vital functions quality testing. In this study, UPE chicken eggs been tested regarding possibility egg verification. The intact separated parts were subjected to supervised unsupervised classification methods according different housing types. results grouping substantially agreed with types hen rearing. Cohen's Kappa test score for K-means method was up K=0.63. Supervised Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier radial kernel function achieved a relatively high accuracy (AC), 88%, confirmed by value K-statistics 0.81. This study shows best result can be obtained using data all parts.
