ABSTRACT
Considering that the dyeing wastewater exhibits numerous refractory substances and poor removal effects on total nitrogen in treatment have great harm to aquatic environment. Based that, a novel Fe–C microelectrolysis coupling aerobic granular sludge (AGS) system was developed continuous-flow, involving filter, hydrolysis acidification (HA) oxidation ditch (OD) with two-zone sedimentation tank (TST) promote granulation. Herein, AGS could cultivated OD within 50 days, biomass concentration settling ability were further improved (the mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) volume index at 30 min (SVI30) stable approximately 6000 mg/L 27.0 mL/g, respectively). The results showed HA effectively transformation or of some pollutants biodegradability (BOD5/COD from 0.22 0.32). efficiency after granulation, which reduce 72.0 influent 22.5 effluent (lower than limit value). Microbial community analyze microorganisms (Acetobacter etc.) enriched HA, conventional denitrification (Hyphomicrobium etc.), Fe–C related (Unclassified_f__comamonadaceae Hydrogenophaga) (Pseudoxanthomonas both OD.
