ABSTRACT
This is to describe a case of morbidly obese (BMI = 40) female with retrocaval ureter treated laparoendoscopic single-site surgery. A JJ stent was positioned. 2 cm umbilical access created. single port platform The entire mobilized posterior the vena cava and transected where dilated portion ended. distal repositioned lateral inferior cava. Anastomosis done. 3 mm trocar used assist suturing. At 4-month follow-up, CT revealed no evidence obstruction right kidney patient symptomless. Although challenging, in patient, LESS repair for feasible.
