ABSTRACT
Although prostate cancer is common in the western world and associated with favorable overall survival, neuroendocrine difficult to detect known aggressively metastasize throughout body. This subset of disease thus has a poor prognosis, early detection treatment may increase survival. We present case now deceased 63 year old male extensive epicardial, respiratory, hepato-bilary, adrenal, genitourinary, osseous tissue metastasis.
