ABSTRACT
Aging is associated with several physiological changes, including a remarkable remodeling of the immune system. Herein, rhythms and shifts in serum mediators were characterized decade lifespan as longitudinal community-based prospective investigation from Bambuí Health Study. The study population included paired samples 713 subjects survivors original BHAS cohort at 10-years Follow-up, categorized into 5-years age range intervals (60-64Yrs towards 90 + Yrs). Quantification soluble carried out by Cytometric Bead Array. results demonstrated rhythmic increase mediators, especially CXCL9, CXCL10, IL-1β, IL-6 TNF following aging process, particularly 70-74Yrs 85-89Yrs. More prominent fold change magnitudes observed for (27.64×), CXCL9 (2.40×), IL-1β (2.20×), (1.47×) CXCL10 (1.26×). On other hand, analysis integrative networks showed waning correlation numbers between shift connectivity chemokines Enrollment cytokines Follow-up. Cross-correlation approaches revealed that IL-10 placed innermost position, underscoring higher contribution these along aging. Overall, findings re-emphasize impact dynamic profile highlighting selective their signatures across chronological
