ABSTRACT
NLRP3 inflammasome plays a critical role in the activation of caspase‐1 and maturation IL‐1β. However, specific cis ‐ trans ‐regulatory elements that determine extent expression are not well defined. In this study, we found was induced by TLR agonists murine macrophages NF‐κB dependent manner. Furthermore, corresponding binding sites (nt −1303 to −1292 −1238 −1228) were identified promoter.
