ABSTRACT
ESCRT components function to form multivesicular bodies for sorting of proteins destined the yeast vacuole. The calcium hypersensitivity mutants is mainly due repressed expression PMR1 through Rim101/Nrg1 pathway in budding yeast. Here, we show that overexpression PMC1 and its negative regulator gene NYV1 suppresses increases mutants, respectively. Consistently, deletion their hypersensitivity. Expression dramatically reduced mutants. Promoter analysis demonstrates both Nrg1 Mig1 repress expression. Deletion ESCRTs binding, but not Mig1‐binding, promoter. MIG1 sensitivity derepression
