ABSTRACT
Abstract The development of new biomarkers or therapeutic targets for cancer immunotherapies requires deep understanding T cells. To date, the complete landscape and systematic characterization long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in cells immunity are lacking. Here, by systematically analyzing full-length single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data more than 20,000 libraries across three types, we provided first comprehensive catalog functional repertoires lncRNAs human Specifically, developed a custom pipeline de novotranscriptome assembly obtained novel lncRNA containing 9433 genes. This increased number current 16% nearly doubled expressed We found that portion genes single were which had been overlooked majority previous studies. Based on metacell maps constructed MetaCell algorithm partitions scRNA-seq datasets into disjointed homogenous groups (metacells), 154 signature identified. They associated with effector, exhausted, regulatory cell states. Moreover, 84 them functionally annotated based co-expression networks, indicating might broadly participate regulation functions. Our findings provide point view resource investigating mechanisms as well cancer-immune biomarker
