ABSTRACT
The present study is focused on the experimental verification of efficiency Arbutus unedo L. leaves against crystallization calcium oxalate. inhibition has been studied in vitro with absence and presence different concentrations infusion hydroalcoholic extract plant. This consists measuring, using a UV-Visible spectrophotometer, temporal evolution optical density at λ = 620 nm corresponding to crystals formation. latter have characterized by microscopic observation an microscope, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR). results suggest greater effectiveness plant respect or nucleation percentages 69.41 ± 0.24 19.76 0.27% 93.92 2.61 45.16 3.06% aggregation, for both respectively. A. very promising effective remedy oxalate especially aggregation stage.
