ABSTRACT
Salicylic acid (SA) is a promising compound to increase plant tolerance drought stress, and it can affect many aspects of physiological biochemical processes. This study was focused on the changes in proteins, photosynthesis, antioxidant system Sardari wheat ecotypes leave response application SA under stress conditions. Treatments included (Baharband, Kalati, Fetrezamin, Gavdareh, Telvar, Tazehabad), salicylic at 0.5 mM (controls were untreated), (30% field capacity). The results showed that membrane electrolyte leakage, lipid peroxidation all six ecotypes, obviously increased On other hand, decreased leaf chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, carboxylation efficiency, transpiration rate. SDS-PAGE indicated abundance some protein spots downregulated when plants exposed while spots' upregulated such situation. Under conditions, highest enzymatic activity, performance, cell stability, numbers bands observed Baharband lowest related Fetrezamin. treatments effectively ameliorated negative effects through improving keeping permeability, induction enhancing activity enzymes. above findings suggest ecotype ability maintain performance important cope with stress.
