ABSTRACT
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is an inflammatory disease that affects the colon and rectum. Recently, evidence has emerged about influence of microbiota on development this disease. However, studies role intestinal in pathogenesis UC have been incomplete. In addition, there are no comprehensive causes ulcerative data microbiological composition intestines patients with Russia. We carried out a study healthy individuals. found significant changes bacteria genera species compared control group using sequencing IonTorrent PGM system subsequent analysis. our we observed increase genus Haemophilus, Olsenella, Prevotella, Cedecea, Peptostreptococcus, Faecalibacterium, Lachnospira, Negativibacillus, Butyrivibrio, Bacteroides coprocola, Phascolarctobacterium succinatutens, Dialister succinatiphilus, Sutterella wadsworthensis, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii colitis. was decrease Fusicatenibacter, Butyricimonas, Lactococcus, Eisenbergiella, Coprobacter, Cutibacterium, Falsochrobactrum, Brevundimonas, Yersinia, Leuconostoc Fusicatenibacter saccharivorans. confirmation literary sources UC. discovered few taxa such as Negativibacillus spp. Falsochrobactrum not previously human stool samples. Our confirm more research needed to understand microbiome different people populations.
