ABSTRACT
We explored an in silico model of muscle energy metabolism and demonstrated its theoretical plausibility. Results indicate that triggered by activation can capture the condition, rest, or exercise, respond accordingly adjusting rates their respiration utilization for efficient use nutrients. Our study during exercise higher respiratory activity causes a substantial increase exergy release with destruction, entropy generation rate. The thermodynamic analysis showed at resting state when destruction rate was 0.66 W/kg energetic efficiency 36% exergetic 32%; whereas, destroyed 1.24 W/kg, 58% 50% exercise. results suggest ability system to regulate itself response work demand become more terms converting coming from nutrients useable circulating medium has sufficient precursor.
