ABSTRACT
Ischemia/reperfusion injury (I/R) is the major cause of acute kidney injury, which becomes a global health problem. The effects asiaticoside, as an anti-inflammatory drug, on renal ischemia-reperfusion have not been well defined. After CD4+ cells were treated with CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ Treg cell differentiation was detected by flow cytometry. viability and release inflammatory factors CCK-8 ELISA. Renal I/R mice model established, pre-treated asiaticoside or CD25 antibody infused cells. histological changes tissue evaluated Hematoxylin-eosin, PAS, Masson staining. function markers colorimetry, determined Th17 in blood spleen quantified expressions FOXP3 RoR-γt tissues western blotting.Asiaticoside promoted differentiation, increased down-regulated TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, while up-regulated IL-10 Moreover, ameliorated damage, decreased cells, urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, RoR-γt, mice. Effect reversed whose role further infusing. In conclusion, due to promoting differentiation.
