A solid mass sized 10 cm × 9 inferior pelvis nodules surface organs detected during surgery. The was treated cytoreductive surgery (CRS), peritonectomy, ovarian ablation, hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC). challenging, intraoperative bleeding reached 900 ml. However, recovered well achieved tumor-free survival 13 months. It concluded that combination CRS, ovarectomy, HIPEC might be one therapeutic strategies for LPD.
