Mismatch between infrastructure supply and demand within a 15-minute living circle evaluation in Fuzhou, China

Rapid urbanization has gradually increased the contradiction between demand and supply of urban resources. The quantitative optimization adjustment infrastructure 15-min living circle is conducive to scientific formulation planning guidelines, also allows evaluation effectiveness practicality policies.
