ABSTRACT
Rapid urbanization has gradually increased the contradiction between demand and supply of urban resources. The quantitative optimization adjustment infrastructure 15-min living circle is conducive to scientific formulation planning guidelines, also allows evaluation effectiveness practicality policies. We investigate spatial allocation pattern construction, actual service capacity facilities, matching facility residents' from dimension. Taking Fuzhou City as an example, this study uses multi-source network big data accurately quantify demand, constructs a system based on kernel density analysis method, model. propose enhancement strategies in conjunction with current status Fuzhou's development. This further explores factors influencing distribution basic facilities construction community circles China. results show that (a) presents different within circle. (b) main area can basically cope residents, but there still mismatch demand. areas insufficient are mainly distributed periphery area. (c) In order improve circle, we should first focus sub-districts low level supply. According specific number public be or decreased residents. paper enriches practical application provides guideline for layout resource other cities.
