ABSTRACT
Cysteine (Cys), one of the important participants in protecting cells from oxidative stress, is closely associated with occurrence and development various diseases. Moreover, cell viscosity as a pivotal microenvironmental parameter has recently attracted increasing attention due to its dominant role governing intracellular signal transduction diffusion reactive metabolites. Thus, simultaneous detection Cys imperative for investigating their pathophysiological functions cross-link. Herein we present mitochondria-targetable dual-channel fluorescence probe ABDSP by grafting acrylate modified pyridinium unit dimethylaminobenzene. Whilst seemingly simple, it could simultaneously discriminate fashion distinguishable signals. Furthermore, was successfully employed visualizing mitochondrial viscosity, into cross-link during acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity.
