In recent years, most studies believe that high TSH level is positively correlated with the incidence of thyroid cancer, but it still controversial. For this reason, purpose study to analyze correlation between preoperative and malignant nodules using pathological diagnosis as gold standard. To evaluate role serum in predicting malignancy uncertain cytology. As an important member hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis endocrine system, plays a crucial regulating growth, differentiation, function cells (Zhang et al., 2023) [1]. These findings from various indicated often demonstrate elevated levels, even when their falls within normal range. However, highlight current evidence primarily relies on cross-sectional studies, which mainly describe phenomenon without establishing causal relationships.
