ABSTRACT
Smoke exposure from wildfires or residential wood burning for heat is a public health problem many communities. Do-It-Yourself (DIY) portable air cleaners (PACs) are promoted as affordable alternatives to commercial PACs, but evidence of their effect on outcomes limited.
