ABSTRACT
In order to promote the sustainable economic development, it is critical employ digital economy solve mismatch dilemma of land and marine factors in coastal areas. It analyzed influencing mechanisms between economy, labor factor development using network new growth theories. The intermediary regulating effect models were used for empirical tests panel data from 11 Chinese provinces (city or district) 2009 2018. Results found that: (1) Digital promoted binary economies areas; (2) improved economies, which further affected development; (3) Market integration conducive alleviating strengthening optimization on mismatch. This research provides a perspective clarifying mechanism as well reference realization rational allocation resources by taking market variables regulatory variables.
