ABSTRACT
The construction of gas extraction boreholes in soft coal seams is prone to collapse and deformation, grouting reinforcement one the main methods solve problem efficient sealing. However, reasonable selection key parameters still needs further research. In response selecting sealing for drainage drilling seams, based on "concentric ring" technology obtained previous research, were studied through theoretical calculation numerical simulation experiments. slurry diffusion morphology range under different pressures time viscosity obtained. Finally, order explore application effect parameters, on-site industrial tests conducted a high seam. research results indicate that optimal pressure "retaining wall rock hole should not be less than 3 MPa, 10–15 min, water material ratio greater 1:1; use new can ensure long-term good effect. Compared testing using ordinary cloth bags with two plugs injection, adoption effectively prevent deformation borehole before sealing, due rounds pre fractured coal, also relatively good. have important value guiding engineering seams.
