In context depression metabolic disorders, dyslipidemia metabolism-related problems become more prominent comorbidities. However, they continue to be main barrier successful recovery clinical progress. this study we investigated rate dyslipidemia, additional risk factors among Chinese with MDD, association suicidal behavior lipid levels.MethodsThe took 756 people from Third People's Hospital Fuyang between January 2020 December 2021, aged 8 18, major disorders diagnosed according Diagnostic Statistical Manual Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5). We determined FBG (fasting blood glucose) parameters all subjects also history ideation, cases attempted suicide, scores symptoms. Sociodemographic data were gathered analyzed using SPSS-23.0 version.ResultsThe prevalence hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, high LDL-C, low HDL-C 5.42 % (41/756), 10.58 (80/756), 3.84 (29/756) (41/756) respectively. For hypercholesterolemia positive associated ideation suicide attempts, correlation shown levels attempts. Nevertheless, non-ideation inversely attempts not discovered high-LDL-C subjects. Logistic analysis showed that (OR = 2.86, 95 CI: 1.31–6.25, P 0.008) worse LDL-C 357.82, 66.16–1935.10, < 0.001) are independent for hypercholesterolemia. More hospitalizations 1.89, 1.07–3.35, 0.028), obesity 2.55, 1.25–5.18, 0.010), TC 2.15, 1.03–4.48, 0.042), higher doses antidepressants 1.02, 1.00–1.04, 0.029) independently while 0.11, 0.04–0.31, protective factors. addition, 113.94, 20.01–648.85) statistically different (P suggested factor was significantly related LDL-C. Meanwhile, older age 1.25, 1.02–1.52, 0.030) TG 3.00, 1.98–4.55, contributing HDL-C.ConclusionThe childhood adolescence public issue. Hypercholesterolemia hypertriglyceridemia thoughts Monitoring incidence them would carry some predictor meaning therapy jumping back health.
