ABSTRACT
Workplace harassment is the most disliked behavior; it about entering others' private space. It has dangerous consequences if organizations do not control it. Perceived Incivility a low-intensity deviant behavior that tends to apply damaging may cause wide range of mistreatment. This study investigates effect workplace on organizational Cynicism in Pakistan, with mediation perceived and moderating role obstruction. Based sample research students from various fields institution types, analysis supports hypothesis positively related Cynicism.Furthermore, cynicism mediate relationship between cynicism. However, contrary expectations, obstruction appears weaken rather than strengthen The findings have important implications for understanding complex interplay harassment, Incivility, obstruction, developing interventions mitigate negative impact employees organizations.
