ABSTRACT
Dengue infection is a well-known tropical disease that has become global health issue. The clinical characteristics of dengue range from asymptomatic to severe, which can involve multiple organs and challenge management. Rhabdomyolysis in rare condition described children adolescents. Herein, we present the case young adolescent with autism spectrum disorder who had virus serotype 1 complicated by rhabdomyolysis, was not detected based on its typical manifestations. recognized as one manifestations expanded syndrome associated significant morbidity mortality, especially if acute kidney injury develops.
