ABSTRACT
Pelvic actinomycosis is a rare disease which hard to be distinguished from other diseases such as malignant tumors and tuberculosis due its nonspecific clinical signs symptoms. If pelvic can diagnosed preoperatively, the patients cured with antimicrobial therapy avoiding surgery. It especially of concern distinguish mass, if there history intrauterine device use. We report case that was after postoperative pathology suspected uterine malignancy.
