ABSTRACT
To develop sealing materials for high-pressure hydrogen devices, the effects of filler type and amount on uptake volume expansion rubber composites were evaluated up to 90 MPa. The in matrix carbon black was elucidated using nuclear magnetic resonance, elimination behavior analyzed by thermal desorption analyses. As physically adsorbed black, black-filled increased. filled with nonabsorbent silica smaller, depending weight fraction silica. ratio suppressed reinforcement effect which did not expand uptake. suppression silica-filled limited
