ABSTRACT
Selective CO methanation from H2-rich stream has been regarded as a promising route for deep removal of low concentration and catalytic hydrogen purification processes. This work is focused on the development more efficient catalysts applied in practical conditions. For this purpose, we prepared series based Ru supported over titania promoted with small amounts Rh Pt. Characterization details revealed that Pt modify electronic properties Ru. The results activity showed negative effect since it promotes reverse water gas shift reaction decreasing selectivity but increases remarkably methanation. obtained suggest RuRh-based catalyst could become important treatment industrial-volume streams.
