ABSTRACT
This study presents a novel web-based decision support system (DSS) that optimizes the locations of hydrogen refueling stations (HRSs) and supply chains (HSCs). The is developed with design science approach identifies key requirements features through interviews literature reviews. Based on findings, architecture data model were designed, incorporating scenario management, optimization model, visualization, management components. DSS provides two-stage solution links demand to HRSs production facilities HRSs. A prototype demonstrated plan for 2025 2030 in Republic Korea, where 450 660 deployed nationwide linked facilities. User evaluation confirmed effectiveness solving problems its potential assist government municipalities planning infrastructure.
