ABSTRACT
Histoplasmosis and penicilliosis are infections caused by the dimorphic fungi, Histoplasma capsulatum Penicillium marneffei, respectively. The aim of this study was to compare clinical presentation, laboratory radiologic findings outcome these at Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kaen, Thailand.The medical records patients who had positive cultures for marneffei during 1996-2002 were reviewed. data compared analyzed Chi-square Fisher's exact tests.There 32 36 with H.
