ABSTRACT
Coverage hole restoration and connectivity is a typical problem for underwater wireless sensor networks. In applications like oilfield reservoirs, undersea minerals monitoring etc., where nodes face many hurdles are unable to cover the required region during natural disaster such as tsunami, flood, earthquakes, environmental interference. It creates coverage consumes high energy with bad network quality. This considered an NP-complete set of identify k-coverage m-connectivity. literature, researchers have not focused on m-connectivity issues disasters To mitigate this problem, we proposed priority-based -connection using whale optimization scheme restore holes extract relevant information construction minerals, mines. scheme, identified list addressed autonomous vehicles (AUVs) place additional mobile in appropriate hole. A novel multi-objective function formulated obtain optimal path AUVs. Furthermore, while restoring holes, checked nodes. network, each node coordinated sleep scheduling neighbor maintain efficiency. Performance evaluation shows better results than existing schemes under different scenarios which provide maximum connectivity, less consumption convergence rate.
