Across the globe, hand hygiene (HH) is promoted to fight spread of healthcare associated infections. Despite multiple ongoing HH campaigns and projects, infection rates remain high especially in low- middle-income countries. In narrative overview presented here, we aim share objectives, framework, successes challenges our long-term partnership Guinea offer guidance for other projects aiming sustainably improve HH.
