ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to determine current and previous SARS-COV-2 infection, describe risk factors associated with seropositivity, among HCWs hospital staff between June October 2020. Data from the day enrollment for a prospective cohort were analyzed point prevalence seroprevalence SARS-CoV-2 infection in university Colombia. Respiratory samples collected perform RT-PCR tests, along blood measure IgM IgG antibodies. on nosocomial community also analyzed. 420 members included. at baseline 23.2%, which 10.7% had only antibodies, 0.7% IgG, 11.7% IgG. acute 1.9%. Being nurse assistant significantly seropositivity when compared all other job duties (PR 2.39, 95% CI 1.27–3.65, p = 0.01). Overall 1.9% 23.15%. Nurse assistants, medical doctors or students, laboratory workers higher possibility being seropositive.
