ABSTRACT
Multiple bony loose bodies in the subacromial space caused form cartilage or bone cells and continue to grow.A 58-year-old man with two-year history of swelling pain right shoulder. He had no tuberculosis rheumatoid arthritis. Magnetic resonance (MR) images showed some space. The removal bursa debridement were performed arthroscopically. Histological diagnosis them was synovitis fibrous bodies.Extra-articular is extremely rare, especially space, which maybe originated proliferative synovial bursa. Most authors recommend open relive pain, but there choice apply arthroscopy remove them.The mechanism formation not clear, may be associated metaplasia. Arthroscopic a good option for treatment body can receive function.
