ABSTRACT
Covid-19 pandemic has had huge impact on health care system and put the under strain, so efforts made to minimize elective surgeries however some especially those for high risk malignant tumors cannot be postponed. The aim of this case report is highlight importance screening cancer patients with co-morbidities such as renal impairment encouraging them get vaccinated before undergoing surgeries. We a an 80 year old male patient who developed infection after transurethral resection grade transitional cell carcinoma urinary bladder. Although intra-hospital contagion not rare, increased acquiring among particularly if they have like should kept in mind strict protective measures done before, during procedure. theorized that bladder screened
