Covid-19 pandemic has had huge impact on health care system and put the under strain, so efforts made to minimize elective surgeries however some especially those for high risk malignant tumors cannot be postponed. The aim of this case report is highlight importance screening cancer patients with co-morbidities such as renal impairment encouraging them get vaccinated before undergoing surgeries.
