Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is an under diagonised, chronic condition commonly described occurring in the extremities. Its occurrence trunk rarely reported and thought by some to be non existent. We report unusual case of trunkul CRPS post appendectomy which presented with debilitating review relevant literature. recommend that subsequent descriptions diagnostic criteria should include as a site not just This will help reduce diagnosis this important condition.
