ABSTRACT
Secondary hyperparathyroidism is a frequent complication of end-stage renal diseases. It characterized by elevated secretion parathyroid hormone (PTH). This excessive PTH induces the formation brown tumors frequently on long bones and axial skeleton but rarely in head neck region. We report 31 -year-old women with history disease dialysis who eating difficulties. Physical examination revealed palatal swelling. Imaging biology confirmed diagnosis tumor due to secondary hyperparathyroidism. Brown are rare benign caused during Head locations unusual. With better management hyperparathyroidism, have become entity. However, physicians should suspect them order prevent time their possible mass effect.
