ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Special attention has been recently paid to the expression of SOX10 marker, which is actually responsible for coordinating signaling process Wnt/B-catenin evolutionary pathway and therefore cell proliferation differentiation in tumor cells. We aimed study this marker different types gastric adenocarcinomas find its relationship with histopathologic features tumor. Methods This cross-sectional was performed on patients adenocarcinoma (diffuse or intestinal type) whose malignancy could be confirmed by tissue. Subjects were classified according CAP criteria based pathology results. Patients underwent immunohistochemical staining evaluate expression. Tumor behavior determined histological studies. Results positivity reported 22.5% all tissue samples assessed. The assessment between baseline characteristics showed no significant association patients’ gender, age, location, size, type also lymphovascular perineural invasions. Conclusion expected only diagnosed cancer. In our society, nothing do biological aggressive behaviors Highlights
