The International Classification of Diseases 11th revision (ICD-11) serves a wide extent uses and provides detailed information on the range, causes, effects human disease death through reported coded data. Concerning ICD-11 classification system, present study was conducted to implement evaluate coding productivity in medical coders following 1-month training program. An observational two general hospitals. During four months from August November, twelve trained 1,909 inpatient records. timing record reading diagnostic with ICD-10 documented separately minutes as self-report. trend changes analyzed first implementation. For this research, 1475 records were included. overall loss 42.24 % three after use. Productivity at end fourth month slightly better than baseline coding. Trauma cases required more time details should be for post-coordination. Regarding comprehensive documentation completeness needed along instruction principles rules convention, can significantly reduced when transitioning system. It hoped that mentoring coders, speed will return baseline.
