If participant reported lapse then would provide tailored on lessons learned starting over ("retooling"). The primary outcome was 7-day point prevalence abstinence measured at follow-up assessments that occurred 3 months 6 post-enrollment. Assessment completion rates 71.5% months, 72.9% 65.1% both did not differ by condition. Using Intent Treat analyses, Web Lozenge condition associated with significantly higher rate than Only (43.4% vs. 29.7%, p .004), combined month assessment repeated (35.6% 23.3%, .007), but (44.4% 35.1%, .057). Similar results obtained abstinence. Participants being satisfied their programs participants visited more often (p < .001). A composite engagement measure number duration visits positively related 6-month .009). Consistent previous research, encouraged long-term levels addition improved self-reported when considering 3-
