ABSTRACT
Recent evidence demonstrates that the reprogramming of energy metabolism can interact with tumor immune microenvironment, thereby participating in progression cancer. In this study, multi-omics data 2471 gastric cancer samples were used to identify glycometabolism and its correlation microenvironment. A series bioinformatic approaches performed establish a scoring system predict survival response chemotherapy immunotherapy. Three glycometabolic subtypes two clustering subgroups determined. We further established Gluco-Immune Scoring quantify status infiltration individual patients. Patients low Score sensitive adjuvant chemotherapy, while patients high may benefit from Our results indicate cancer, assessment glucose microenvironment has application value for prediction curative effects formulation combined treatment strategies.
