ABSTRACT
Electrical stimulation (ESTIM) has shown to be an effective symptomatic treatment treat pain associated with peripheral nerve damage. However, the neuroprotective mechanism of ESTIM on neuropathies is still unknown. In this study, we identified that ability enhance mitochondrial trafficking as a against chemotherapy-induced (CIPNs). CIPN debilitating and painful sequalae anti-cancer chemotherapy which results in degeneration nerves. Mitochondrial dynamics were analyzed within axons response two different antineoplastic mechanisms by drug treatments paclitaxel oxaliplatin
