ABSTRACT
The association between visual abnormalities and impairments in cerebral blood flow brain region potentially results neural dysfunction of amblyopia. Nevertheless, the differences complex mechanisms network coupling its relationship with neurotransmitters remain unclear. Here, neurovascular mechanism neurotransmitter activity children anisometropic amblyopia (AA) deprivation (VDA) was explored. 17 regions significantly abnormal than normal controls. classification abilities units differed two types Correlations different effects were different. findings this study demonstrate a correlation AA VDA, implying their impaired function potential molecular underpinnings. neuroimaging evidence revealed herein offers for development therapies
