ABSTRACT
Patients with isolated functional or recurrent tricuspid regurgitation are often denied surgery because they considered to be at high risk. Transcatheter valve therapy provides a less invasive alternative for associated right heart failure. We have evaluated the feasibility of transcatheter implantation NaviGate valved stent in long-term swine model. The was successfully implanted through transjugular and transatrial approaches on beating excellent hemodynamic performance. No conduction disturbance coronary obstruction observed. This technology could provide an treatment patients who surgical risk severe compromised ventricular function.
