A pulmonary vein isolation procedure in a patient with an atrial septal defect (ASD) closure device was complicated by entrapment of mapping catheter the device. The converted to open heart surgery, trapped explanted, ASD covered bovine patch, and cryomaze performed. (Level Difficulty: Intermediate.)
