ABSTRACT
A 31-year-old woman with end-stage kidney disease and a bicuspid aortic valve presented acute heart failure in the second trimester of pregnancy. The patient received diagnosis severe stenosis chose to continue pregnancy against medical advice. Following multidisciplinary team consultation, she underwent urgent transcatheter replacement.
