ABSTRACT
In this work, MnOx nanoparticles were produced by a continuous electrospray-assisted flame spray pyrolysis (EAFSP) method. regard, the precursor solutions containing manganese (II) nitrate hydrate (MnN) dissolved in 1-propanol are initially atomized into charged droplets an electrospray microdripping mode. Then, electrically enter controlled manner without requiring dispersion gas. The synthesis was carried out with variation horizontal injection locations from different heights above burner (HAB) to control high-temperature residence times of changing conditions for producing tunable particle properties. Various diagnostics such as TEM, SMPS, BET, and XRD applied analyzing formation primary agglomerated well their crystal phases varying temperature histories. Furthermore, phase-Doppler anemometry (PDA) experiments have been conducted track evolution droplet size axial velocity flame, allowing study combustion electrosprayed MnN presence µ-explosions flame.
