ABSTRACT
Due to the suddenness, diversity, randomness and complexity of various earth's surface anomalies caused by natural human factors, time-efficiency traditional satellite remote sensing technology is seriously lagging behind actual needs early warning emergency handling. Real-time anomaly detection has become an important issue for achieving ecological security, safety health, high-quality socioeconomic development. Therefore, this study proposed a real-time framework using single temporal data based on priori knowledge base. The first selected appropriate feature system constructed base effectively reflecting evolutionary law normal surface. Then, were identified comparing acquired with designed rules. Finally, intensity was evaluated comprehensively pixel- patch-scale information. preliminary analysis several specific cases indicated that reliable could identify high accuracy. This fully applicable most data, which not limited event. Meanwhile, presents great potential on-orbit processing realizing services anomalies.
