The global coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic continues to cause a significant impact on patient care due its considerable transmissibility, morbidity, and mortality. aim of this study was investigate whether dental procedures performed at private clinics were associated with the occurrence COVID-19 clusters measures taken prevent nosocomial infection COVID-19.An online questionnaire-based survey clinical activities, control measures, confirmed or probable cases among patients staff during (February 2020 September 2021) administered dentists in Nagano prefecture, Japan. Almost all engaged treatment actively implementing standard precautions.Twenty-seven provided infected (nine eighteen probable), but there no transmission from staff. Ten had who infected, none exhibited patients.The results suggest that might not occur settings where appropriate protective are implemented.
