Thirty-seven participants in three cohorts were exposed interventions (visual, auditory, combination (multisensory)) baseline condition, weekly variations over eight weeks. A wrist-worn stress sensor, daily surveys, scheduled executive function tasks administered. Cognitive performance improved all conditions compared baseline. Most satisfaction workplace appearance, visual privacy was reported conditions, ratings lower condition The results demonstrate immersive environments can improve occupants’ while reducing stress. findings highlight need consider non-visual factors design.
