ABSTRACT
In this article a high gain (≈13dBi) circularly polarized dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) has been designed with silicon and graphene based nano materials for 6G terahertz (THz) communication bio sensing applications. This having 2.2 % (4.32 to 4.42THz) 3 dB axial ratio 3.72 4.5 THz) impedance bandwidth. Circular Polarization (CP) is achieved by the combination of Silicon/11.9 Graphene cylindrical 450 inclined rectangular slab height 8.4 µm. Patch top filled material along chemical potential 0.1 eV relaxation time ps at 3000 K temperature. Proposed DRA 55 radiation efficiency 13dBi utilize its directive property as sensor application. also use frequency optical beam works detect hemoglobin in molecules average sensitivity 2750 GHz/RIU, FOM-11.38 Q factor 71.0.
