ABSTRACT
After the impressive results of 2020 Hajj management, Saudi authorities decided to expand quota 60,000 pilgrims in 2021, which resulted a convenient and successful experience. This was retrospective pre post-study study conducted on all attending 2021 using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test surveillance with paired-swab samples (pre-Hajj post-Hajj) evaluate risk potential COVID-19 among pilgrims, effectiveness preventive measures effect ritual as huge mass gathering epidemiological situation Arabian population.
